Join us live every Tuesday at 7 PM EST December 1st - 22nd for a chill yoga practice we like to call Rebel Zen. This practice includes relaxing asana postures, meditative kriyas and soothing breath practices with chill music. Each class will last about 50 minutes.

This practice is open for everybody and no experience is necessary. Please share this with anybody that can benefit from this practice AND join a loving community.
